Timeshare Insider you are amazing! You put me in touch with the right people and now I am free of this burden. Every year higher fees, no availability, higher fees, no availability. I was living in the movie Groundhog Day, year after year. Out of all the years I owned my timeshare I only used it once at the beach… during the winter! Yes, the winter is the only time I was able to make a reservation and my home resort was deeded at a beach resort. Make that make sense. If you’re looking to purchase a timeshare… DON’T! If you’re looking to get out of your timeshare then get with Timeshare Insider!

These are good people doing the right thing. I attended their event solely to exit my Cabo timeshare. My consultant, Robert, was the first person to clearly explain how it worked. After reviewing my contract, he explained that my Mexico timeshare was a lease requiring fees only when I used the property, unlike deeded U.S. timeshares, where fees apply whether owners use them or not. With just a few years left on my lease, he recommended letting it expire and explained that I wouldn’t owe fees if I didn’t use the property. He offered helpful advice without pushing an upgrade or selling me anything else. Now I’m waiting for the lease to end, with no further obligations. I have a lot of respect for Robert and TSI.
